Is it an elephant? A camel? I don't know!

It's a fair question right?? I mean, at first glance it TOTALLY looks like an elephant, but if you look closer at the trunk… well you're not so sure anymore.

I took these in downtown Portland, Oregon yesterday after hiking with my friend (if I can get her to give me the pictures I'll be sure to upload some!) We went to Powell's Books yesterday, and may I just say- WOW! It was like book heaven. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I could've lived there forever and ever and been perfectly happy. But unfortunately, I couldn't (sigh).

The Asian district, or town, or whatever you want to call it, was really cool, but I especially loved the entrance! It reminded me of when I lived in Okinawa, and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Also in Portland yesterday, we went to Voodoo Too, where I bought a TON of donuts (because they're awesome!) Then we set off in search of sketchy food trucks, but alas, none were to be found, so we settled for BurgerVille 7 miles into Washington. At least it was yummy!

Random side note of this post: I went to the Nike outlet in Centralia yesterday and got 3 pairs of shorts, 2 sports bras, and a shirt for $70.88! I was shocked! Gotta love sales! :)

Poo Poo Point! (PU! Just kidding xD)

Look! A slug!

Last weekend I climbed up to the top of Mount Tiger in Washington with a friend of mine. Although it had ONE of the MOST unfortunate names I can think of, it was so gorgeous!

I didn't take any pictures of me because I'm kinda camera shy, but I'll work on it!

Side note- there were people parasailing off the top and it looked AMAZING! I gotta try it.

Sorry for the awkwardness of this picture! I would've  shrunk it down,
but this view deserves to be seen big.

Oopsie...

Wow… I forgot how hard it is to remember to update my blog when I have so much awesome stuff to do! So far this summer has been full of awesome times and a few really funny adventures. I look forward to sharing some really soon!
